WOS uses a scientifically-based model derived from research conducted at Columbia University that enables us to recruit, educate, train, and place high-potential candidates with leading organizations around the world. The Opportunity

WOS is looking for enthusiastic individuals to work as:

  • Associate/Junior Developers: Responsible for leveraging cutting edge technology to solve business problems by participating in all phases of the development process from inception through transition. Developers will advocate the agile process and test-driven development, using object-oriented development tools to analyze, model, design, construct and test reusable objects. 
  • Systems Analysts: Responsible for interacting with business units, technology teams, and the development team in order to improve the products and services being delivered by the IT organization. The role focuses on determining operational objectives by analyzing business functions, gathering technical information, evaluating output requirements, and recommending controls.
  • Associate Data Engineers: Collaborate with leaders, business analysts, project managers, IT architects, technical leads and other developers, along with internal customers, to understand needs and develop solutions according to business requirements.
