Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Front Desk/Patient Relations Associate. This role is integral to our practice, serving as the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, coachable, and enjoys interacting with patients.

Responsibilities

1. Patient Interaction: Greet patients upon arrival, assist with check-in procedures, and ensure a positive patient experience.
2. Scheduling: Manage patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and rescheduling as necessary.
3. Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails, providing information and assistance to patients and staff.
4. Administrative Duties: Maintain patient records, process payments, and handle general administrative tasks.
5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth operation of the practice.
