The Registered Nurse (RN) will demonstrate independent judgement and discretion to perform licensed nursing tasks within scope of practice as allowed by the state. Completing timely and accurate resident assessments as required by state regulations and policy, the RN will maintain the standards in resident care and coach community team members on best care practices.

Experience

• Licensed RN in good standing with State Licensing Authority and ability to maintain license in good standing.
• Working knowledge of computers including Excel, Word, and MS Office required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public and in a manner that is representative of the community.
• Must meet all health requirements.
• Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must pass criminal background check and nursing licensure validation as required by state law.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the senior population.
