Woodley Building Maintenance is Hiring a Floor Technician Near Brooking Township, MO
- Sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors using industrial vacuum cleaners and scrubbing and buffing machines
- Moves cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates, and equipment to clean areas. May remove stains from such surfaces as rugs, drapes, walls, and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions
- Safe operation and maintenance of a company vehicle
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, custodial, or other related fields
- 1 year of Floor Technician experience
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
