SIMPLE EXPLANATION OF DUTIESTheMech 1 Position is responsible for all preventive maintenance duties on production equipment, powered equipment, and facilities. Position is responsible for reactive maintenance and repairs. Must possess strong electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical skillset. Be able to react to a changing work environment quickly.
And (please raise your right hand) you will do your duties in a SAFE manner.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEHigh School diploma or GED required.
1-3 years forklift experience preferred.
1-3 years warehouse experience preferred.
Excellent time management and organizational skills. (On-time attendance is a must.)
Good problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal skills; can civilly collaborate and interact with other humans.

WORK ENVIRONMENTWe keep it comfortable. (But we can’t control the weather.)
We conduct lively morning stretches.
You will be standing, walking, and driving a large part of the day.
You will bend, reach, stoop, kneel and stretch.
You'll lift and carry.
