Job Summary: This position reports directly to the Department Manager and will supervise and mentor several credit department employees in multiple office locations. The Credit Manager is responsible for 1,600 customer accounts in which they perform a variety of services for, to include: approval of credit applications, track customer credit activities, identify customers as CIA, review and approve credit limits, audit delinquent accounts, coordinate and communicate with company branches, resolve and defend credit holds, manage payment schedules, and help to establish/enforce department policies.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university. One to two years of related experience and/or training. Ability to read financial statements. Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent computer knowledge and skills. Effective oral and written communication skills.
