Due to the success and growth of the company, we’re now seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Talent team.

This is a full-time position, and you will be part of our One Team Division and will be reporting directly to the Head of People and Culture. You will get the unique opportunity to help grow the business and contribute to the clean energy transition.

You will be responsible for:

• Helping the team and drive together the end-to-end recruitment process for open positions across the globe. Partner with Hiring Managers to understand their needs.
• Implementing recruitment metrics and help increase diversity of candidate pools and improve hiring quality through more objective applicant segmentation.
• Helping develop our attraction strategies through deep market understanding across the regions and support in bringing them to life in the candidate market.
• Supporting the pre & on-boarding experience for new hires that strives to drive engagement, productivity, and retention.
• Supporting proactively build market insights, activate relevant sourcing activities and nurture talent pools.

Do you have what it takes?

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree
• A minimum of 1 years of recruitment experience of different technical profiles
• Prior experience in working with international teams.
• Successful experience in recruitment, managing processes internationally and developing talent pools from a distance.
• Ability to navigate sourcing and brand attraction tools and methodologies
• Ability to effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects, communications, follow through, and candidate activities.
• Confidence in relationship building to carefully curate candidate and hiring leader experience.
• Always thinking ahead and praising the value of diversity.
• Ability to build talent pipelines.
• Active networker who owns a positive mindset and can-do-attitude.
• Always willing to go the extra mile to find the best candidate fit for future.
• Good communication skills.
• Independent working, strong work ethic, flexibility, high degree of reliability and service focused.
