Wood is recruiting for a Lead Recruiter to manage the resourcing efforts/ initiatives across Wood. This role is for a regular full-time position and will be recruiting across our full range of ongoing and future projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the full resourcing life cycle w vacancy & candidate management, talent planning, sourcing, engagement, screening, assessment and hiring the most suitable candidates within appropriate cost and timescales.
**Authorization to work Lawfully without sponsorship from Wood is required.
