Role and Purpose within the Organization:

Our production and fulfillment team members contribute to the Wondercide mission by keeping the production line moving, filling the shelves, and boxing up products. We currently have both part-time and full-time opportunities available on this team.

Who You Are:

• Someone with a demonstrated history of building trust in the workplace

• You have demonstrated experience communicating clearly and effectively with all company departments
• You are committed to your shift schedule, including arriving on time, informing your manager when any obligations change, and arranging your transportation to our warehouse location

• Someone who is flexible and willing to take on new challenges
• Someone with a passion for our mission
• Someone with a knowledge of Ship Station software is a plus 
• You are able and willing to lift 50 pounds
• You are capable and willing to bend, stoop, stand, and work with your hands for extended periods of time

What You'll Do: 

• Work with a team to manufacture high-quality consumer products that help our customers lead healthier lives
• Fill, cap, and label bottles with non-toxic liquids
• Operate equipment on the production line
• Continuously identify and recommend process improvements
• Work within established manufacturing best practices, maintaining a high level of quality control and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
• Inspect products for quality and report to Operations Management
• Work in a fast-paced environment while meeting established quotas and standards with an emphasis on total customer satisfaction

Logistics:

• This role is expected to work out of our facility at 3106 Longhorn Blvd, Austin, TX 5 days a week. Regular shift hours will be assigned, usually 7:30 am - 4:00 pm Monday through Friday
• This role can be part-time or full-time with occasional overtime hours possible for peak season
