Wold Architects and Engineers, a dynamic, growth-oriented architectural and engineering firm with headquarters in downtown St. Paul, seeks a highly motivated, professional, and dependable person to become a part of our operations team. Candidates must be detail oriented, team players, well organized, and possess a positive attitude.

As a member of the operations team you will contribute to the accuracy of our projects, operations, budgets and overall company goals. This position is ideal for someone looking to start their career in Finance and/or Operations and be a part of a company that positively impacts communities through building design.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business operations, trends, costs and revenue analysis by customer and/or business unit to support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Assist with Project Revenue Forecasting
  • Analyze project and financial information to prepare weekly, monthly, annual reports.
  • Day-Day management of Oracle Project Sheets
  • Testing within the Oracle ERP system
  • Completing project audits
  • Analysis of consultants’ fees and expenses
  • Work with our project teams to track budgets and schedules
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly statements for Corporate Management
  • Other general accounting, finance and/or operation functions

Skills/Education:

  • Ability to apply outstanding analytical and communication skills to initiate and support continuous improvement projects
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually
  • Knowledge of spreadsheet software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar
  • 0-3 years experience preferred, but not required
