Description

The Gardens of Hartford is a beautiful 48-apartment RCAC senior living community that provides our residents with high quality care in a family-centered Christian atmosphere. Please click here to learn more about our facility, as well as our company's mission & vision. We have an immediate opening for a Full-Time 2nd Shift Resident Assistant.

**This position is eligible for a sign on & retention bonus: $500 will be paid at 6 months, and another $500 will be paid after 1 year of employment. Rules apply.**

What you will be doing:

In accordance with the mission and vision of Christian Family Solutions, the Resident Assistant assumes an integral role in promoting and implementing our senior living philosophy by ensuring the general well-being of the residents through high quality services. This person is responsible for upholding high safety and welfare standards for our residents, which is accomplished by promoting a supportive atmosphere through fun activities and assisting with each resident's daily cares. 

Hours are:

Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm

**Must be able to work one weekend per month & participate in a working holiday rotation.

Requirements

Resident Assistant candidates should possess the following:

  • Have a passion for seniors
  • Love working in a team atmosphere
  • Be professional and reliable with excellent attendance
  • Possess medication administration certification
  • CNA certification preferred
  • Be willing to work a holiday rotation schedule
  • Be 18
