Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to oversee rehab operations and lead strategic initiatives in our organization. The ideal candidate must be licensed PTA will have a background in skilled nursing and possess strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations and provide leadership to staff
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Lead and mentor team members to foster a positive work environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
