WKND Digital, the fastest-growing Direct-To-Consumer Digital Marketing Agency in the USA, is looking for an Email Marketing Manager. We are a team of nearly 50 people around the world.

KPIs you will achieve:

• More than 50% of clients earning 20% of revenue from email & SMS
• Email flow tests & variations/campaigns sent weekly
• Goal of less than 1% errors in emails sent weekly

Initiatives for Success:

• Document SOPs for the email department
• Regular account audits for improvement opportunities
• Increase number of clients leveraging SMS campaigns & flows

Key Responsibilities:

• Presenting key KPIs and reports to clients
• Lead the internal strategy calls for each client
• Strategize the monthly email & SMS campaign calendar for each client
• Auditing accounts that are below 20% email and SMS revenue
• Develop systems that prevent errors in email & SMS campaigns

Deal Makers:

• You have a deep understanding of Klaviyo.
• You have excellent organizational and prioritization skills, and the ability to prioritize and complete multiple concurrent and time-sensitive requests
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
• You have experience with A/B testing and email optimization

Technical Competencies:

• 5 years of e-commerce email experience
• 5 years of e-commerce SMS experience
• 5 years experience with Klaviyo and various SMS platforms, including but not limited to Attentive, SMS Bump, etc.
• 3 years experience working at an Digital Marketing Agency

Deal Breakers:

• Inability to take constructive criticism

• $84k-$128k Total Comp
