JOB SUMMARY

This entry level position will assist in making our customers feel like the most important customer along with qualifying prospects using our evolving brand. This role will work daily with sales managers, sales support, marketing, service, contracts, and billing to provide our customers comprehensive attention.

Due to the nature of WBS' business, all qualified candidates will be subject to a drug, criminal background and driver's pre-employment screening.

Requirements

Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of marketing or sales experience preferred

Skills:

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Attention to detail and ability to multi-task

· Motivated for career advancement in marketing or sales

· Not afraid of the answer “No” and not afraid to deliver bad news

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Some experience with Salesforce

· Some experience with WordPress

RESPONSIBILITES

· Calling our existing customers on the phone to expand our relationship

· Communicate effectively with our existing customer base and current sales team to generate leads and resolve issues

· Prospecting non-customers to generate interest

· Assist in maintaining a marketing digital media presence

· Log activity of each customer interaction

· Other duties as assigned that fulfill the mission and abide by the value to ensure the success of the company

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL-MENTAL FUNCTIONS AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

· Able to properly carry 25 pounds or less occasionally. The highest point of any lift - overhead; the lowest point of any lift - the floor.

· Able to move 1-5 pounds or less occasionally.

· Able to sit and/or stand 2 hours continuously, up to 8 hours per day.

· Must be able to manipulate small objects with close eye-hand and arm-hand coordination for entire shift.

· Able to perform motor skills such as grasping, finger manipulation, pinching, bending, reaching out, twisting, turning, reaching up, wrist turning/ torqueing for 2 hours continuously.

· Able to effectively communicate with customer base, both orally and in writing.

· Able to see objects closely and perceive depth continuously.

· Able to understand, relate to, and apply concepts on a continuous basis.

· Able to remember multiple tasks / assignments given to self and others over long periods of time continuously.
