JOB SUMMARY 

This position will focus on engaging existing customers and creating new customers by connecting with them via phone and video, offering the full product and service portfolio of Wittenbach. The Business Development Specialist will work closely with Wittenbach's account managers- providing new opportunities for them to close and offer general marketing support to service , contracts and billing.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Expand our relationship with existing customers by identifying areas for growth and offering the full product and services portfolio of Wittenbach
  • Communicate effectively with our existing customer base and current account management team to generate leads, customer meetings and help address customer issues 
  • Generate leads by contacting new customers and leveraging the full product and services portfolio of Wittenbach
  • Use CRM database, log activity of each customer interaction and run reports
  • Leverage video testimonials, success stories and case studies
  • Run co-branded webinars for lead generation
  • Give tours to customers using Wittenbach’s Solution Center
  • Answer Live Chat on Wittenbach’s website
  • Develop and maintain Marketing Automation software, email campaigns, run lead generation reporting, and analyze effectiveness
  • Qualify leads generated by inbound marketing campaigns
  • Assist sales account managers in preparing and completing RFPs
  • Create alliances with appropriate organizations to generate interest in Wittenbach’s products and services
  • Assist marketing team with tasks as needed 
  • Attend trade shows as needed
  • Other duties as assigned that fulfill the mission and abide by the value to ensure the
    success of the company

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL-MENTAL FUNCTIONS AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

  • Able to properly carry 25 pounds or less occasionally. The highest point of any lift - overhead; the lowest point of any lift - the floor.
  • Able to move 1-5 pounds or less occasionally.
  • Able to sit and/or stand 2 hours continuously, up to 8 hours per day.
  • Must be able to manipulate small objects with close eye-hand and arm-hand coordination for entire shift.
  • Able to perform motor skills such as grasping, finger manipulation, pinching, bending, reaching out, twisting, turning, reaching up, wrist turning/ torquing for 2 hours continuously.
  • Able to effectively communicate with customer base, both orally and in writing.
  • Able to see objects closely and perceive depth continuously.
  • Able to understand, relate to, and apply concepts on a continuous basis.
  • Able to remember multiple tasks / assignments given to self and others over long periods of time continuously. 

Requirements

Job Qualifications 

Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or a related field preferred 

Experience: 3-5 years of marketing or sales experience preferred 

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent research, time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Experience with HubSpot preferred 
  • Experience with graphic design tools and video preferred
