We’re seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Management Consulting Services practice located in the NJ, NYC, or Philadelphia market. The Senior Consultant role will be focused on operational excellence as well as change management to drive organizational improvements and align strategy with processes, systems, and people. The Senior consultant must be creative and analytical individual interested in solving management and technology challenges for our clients. The Senior Consultant must be willing to share knowledge, ideas and experience with colleagues is a must as we continue to learn from each other.

The Management Consulting Services practice is aligned to the firm’s purpose which is to become our client’s catalyst for growth and success by providing specific technical and operations acumen aligned with various business system products across many industry verticals. We essentially fix how companies function by addressing some if not all of the following four dynamics: People, Process, Technology and Data.

 How You’ll Spend Your Time:

• Analyzing business goals, challenges, and objectives through client queries and exploration
• Demonstrating problem solving techniques to succinctly organize facts and recommendations 
• Effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project deliverables
• Working closely with upper management to assist in the decision-making process
• Facilitating communication to client stakeholders, as well as internal and external project teams
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with business and functional team members to align objectives, resources, and expectations
• Working with leadership to refine current program management strategy, processes, tools, techniques and bring forward lessons learned with execution challenges / barriers to success 
• Performing other duties as assigned

The Kinds pf People We Want to Talk to Have Many of the Following:

• Aptitude to learn new technologies
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Operations Management, and / or Information Technology 
• Strong analytical, time management, collaboration, and communication skills
• Must be able to manage multiple and competing priorities 
• Forward thinkers familiar with the stages of project management and adept at working with teams of diverse professionals (e.g. Managers, Business Owners, and other Consultants)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel, as well as other collaboration tools
