Description
Primary Function:
Develops strategic sales plans that are aligned to business goals and profitability. Directs and oversees the execution of customer-specific sales strategies, identifies and pursues opportunities for new business and increased profitability, establishes both short and long-term sales goals and objectives. Leads and directs the daily activities and performance management of the Sales Team.

Required Skill/Knowledge:
Minimum of 5-7 years value-added custom molding sales/ engineering experience with major OEM customers including 3 years of supervisory experience in coaching/mentoring Account Managers.
Demonstrated successful execution of sales strategy and business growth. Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills, ability to assess impact-to business and effectively solve problems. Fundamental knowledge of ISO 9001(ISO 13485 is a plus). Proficient in MS Office, ERP and CRM systems. Ability to travel a minimum 20% of the time including overnight. Demonstrated long-term customer relationships within plastics industry.
Preferred Skills/ Knowledge:
Previous experience in packaging and injection molding.
Education Level / Required Certification:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or Communications and/or equivalent education and experience.
