Winzer Corporation is looking for a creative and energetic full-time Marketing Coordinator to join its HQ team based in Plano, TX. 

SUMMARY:

This Marketing Coordinator works closely with the Director of E-commerce and the Marketing team on day-to-day marketing operations. A modern marketer & self-starter with a strong work ethic, exceptional video, and graphic production skills, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to problem-solve and work independently. MUST be well-versed in the creation of video, print, and digital content.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
• 2 years experience in marketing or a related field
• Strong knowledge of social media strategy
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience with Google Analytics, Instagram, Eloqua, and Hootsuite is a plus 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Two years of experience in content creation, creative writing, video production, graphic design
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Critical thinker with problem-solving proficiencies
• Solid organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Action-oriented and self-starter with initiative who looks for new solutions
• Experience in creating and maintaining digital content
• Solid photography skills are needed
• Creative mind with solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce digital media, photography, video, and web content for marketing campaigns and product launches
• Create as needed various ad hoc projects: presentations, generation of graphics, videos, website updates, sales collateral, reference manuals, and duties as assigned
• Development of promotional materials, including marketing collateral and print copies. Copy for marketing materials, brochures, web content, advertisements, and other related material
• Create and curate relevant original content for social media, blogs, and other outlets to increase engagement and expand audience: produce content (articles, blog posts, graphics, video)
• Create and develop a social media strategy, execution, and analytics
• Create tools and strategies for promoting digital marketing platforms internally and externally
• Strong focus on data-driven campaigns and targeted marketing based on product or customer type
• Create, maintain, and strengthen the organization’s overall brand through all media avenues 

OTHER DUTIES:

• Other duties as needed and assigned by Manager 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to use keyboard, mouse, and PC
• Ability to walk, sit, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs.
