Job Description

Our office is rapidly growing and we are looking to hire the right individual to fit into our company as full-time Account Manager in our Commercial Lines Department. The Account Manager in our Commercial Department will be responsible to assist Commercial Lines Producers with their book of business. They will provide exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, marketing accounts, handling coverage situations, preparing renewal quotes and maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.

Insurance industry experience and knowledge is not required but is preferred. Must be detailed oriented and able to multi-task in a fast pace environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
