Dental Administrative Assistant

Spanish speaking

We are a family dental practice seeking a front office team member

Applicant should have a winning smile and personality, great communication skills and a positive attitude. Able to multi- task. A passion to learn new skills.

Duties:

· Being the chief ambassador for first impressions

· Checking patients in/out,

. Schedule Appointments

· Treatment planning, insurance verification

· Filing medical and dental claims

· Claim follow up

· Customer service

Applicants should be self-starters and have great attention to detail. A positive attitude and great customer service skills are a must!

Experience

Customer service experience.

Excellent phone skills.

Computer skills.

Willing to train right candidate.

Bi-lingual English/Spanish
