1. Curriculum Development: Collaborate with Engineers and Production Supervisors to design comprehensive curricula covering various aspects of manufacturing, including processes, technologies, quality control, safety protocols, etc.
2. Instructional Design: Develop engaging and effective instructional materials, including presentations, videos, hands-on exercises, and assessments, to facilitate learning among academy participants.
3. Facilitation and Training: Lead training sessions for participants, providing high-quality instruction and support throughout their learning journey.
4. Mentorship and Guidance: Provide guidance and mentorship to participants, assisting them in overcoming challenges, developing their skills, and achieving their learning goals.
5. Program Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Academy, including scheduling training, coordinating logistics, tracking participant progress, and evaluating program effectiveness.
6. Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of the academy's programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure they remain current, relevant, and impactful.
7. Team Leadership: Supervise and support trainees and foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

• Preferred* Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Education, or related field
• 3 years of experience in manufacturing, training, or education
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, technologies, and best practices
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership ability and experience managing teams
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and build effective partnerships
• Passion for education and a commitment to promoting lifelong learning
