We are a small business with a national reach, looking to bring on another team member to our sales staff. As a sales representative, you'll be a part of a supportive team in a fast-paced environment.

Together, you can connect people to the latest awards and trends - all while meeting sales goals. From the initial greeting to closing the sale, you will play a big role in shaping the customer experience. Bottom line? You are the go-to awards expert.

Responsibilities

  • Manage current and new customers
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,240.00 - $45,000.00 per year
