Wilson Construction is Hiring a Project Coordinator Near El Dorado Hills, CA

Title: Project Coordinator
Location: El Dorado Hills, CA

Wilson Construction Company is seeking a self-motivated Project Coordinator to support the field operations located in the Central and Northern California area. This position will primarily be based out of the company’s El Dorado Hills office but will be required to travel to various project sites throughout the area.

This position will assist the Superintendent, General Foremen, and Project Managers in providing project support on high voltage construction projects of various sizes and scopes.

Responsibilities:
• Administrative support for job sites, as well as support to the local field staff;
• Scanning, compiling and uploading/storing documents electronically and maintaining onsite files;
• Provide project support for numerous construction activities involved in the day to day operations of an electrical construction project;
• Performing other related duties as assigned by the Project Manager, Site Superintendent and Engineering personnel;
• Learn the day to day operations and project activities to grow in the organization as required;
• Daily data entry of project status; and
• Errands as needed to deliver paperwork.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years in an administrative/clerical position; construction industry a plus;
• High School Diploma;
• Valid Driver’s License;
• Proficiency in Word / Excel / Outlook;
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat or similar scanning/PDF software;
• Acute attention to detail;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Strong follow-up and follow through;
• Dependability / Reliability;
• Willingness to assist where needed and work as a team;
• Positive, team oriented approach to problem solving;
• Self-starter; and
• Ability to effectively communicate with various personality types at all levels.

Successful candidate will have relevant experience, and will be an organized, motivated, self-starter.
