Wilshire seeks a high-potential candidate for the position of Chief of Staff, to help the CEO and President/ Deputy CEO focus on executing the company’s various initiatives. This role is seen as a development opportunity for an individual who aspires to gain more of an in-depth knowledge of Wilshire's business and executive leadership agenda. The role spans both the strategic and the tactical, working very closely with the CEO and President/ Deputy CEO and the leadership team to ensure accountability, execution, and delivery of strategic priorities. The Chief of Staff will move projects forward and ensure proper follow-up when communicating both internally and externally. The Chief of Staff must be exceptionally organized, an adept project manager, highly credible, approachable, and experienced at providing advice and counsel to senior leaders.
What you’ll do:
The salary range for this position is $90,000 – $150,000/year. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis considering various factors, including location, qualifications, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus and a full range of health and financial benefits, which will be provided in conjunction with an offer of employment.
