Willowick Residential is Hiring a Leasing Manager Near Concord, CA

The Grant

Responsibilities

As a Leasing Manager with Willowick, you will oversee the marketing, advertising, sales activities, and leasing team members for the property. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Actively participate in the leasing process

  • Supervise and manage the property’s leasing team members

  • Ensure the achievement of the property’s revenue and occupancy goals by directing the marketing, advertising and sales actives as well as ensure the apartments are available for occupancy

  • Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue

  • Partner with the maintenance team to make sure the property’s appearance and safety is up to Willowick Residential’s standards

  • Review and analyze financial reports pertaining to issues impacting leasing performance

  • Oversee the lease renewal program and the communication process

  • Become a point of reference for any question’s residents may have

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements include:

  • High school education or equivalent from an accredited institution is required; College degree preferred

  • Two or more years of experience in residential property management or related industry

  • Sales and/or supervisory experience preferred

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
