The Grant
As a Leasing Manager with Willowick, you will oversee the marketing, advertising, sales activities, and leasing team members for the property. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Actively participate in the leasing process
Supervise and manage the property’s leasing team members
Ensure the achievement of the property’s revenue and occupancy goals by directing the marketing, advertising and sales actives as well as ensure the apartments are available for occupancy
Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue
Partner with the maintenance team to make sure the property’s appearance and safety is up to Willowick Residential’s standards
Review and analyze financial reports pertaining to issues impacting leasing performance
Oversee the lease renewal program and the communication process
Become a point of reference for any question’s residents may have
Minimum Requirements include:
High school education or equivalent from an accredited institution is required; College degree preferred
Two or more years of experience in residential property management or related industry
Sales and/or supervisory experience preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong customer service orientation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
