The Seasonal Lead - Personalization - Days positions are located in Olive Branch, MS This position is responsible for training and directing a team of associates to achieve departmental production goals in order to provide customers with the ultimate delivery experience. Control the workflow on the floor to include prioritizing team goals to ensure that deadlines are met. Tracking and providing feedback on productivity and quality related performances, researching, and resolving issues.

MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO MOVE TO THE WORK: SEASONALS MAY BE ASKED TO WORK IN OTHER DEPARTMENTS AS PICKERS/STOCKERS

You’ll be excited about this opportunity because you will....

• Lead, motivate, coach, and train associates to perform at their best
• Set and communicate clear goals to associates
• Support daily management of departmental duties including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and communicating with internal/external stakeholders
• Ensure successful departmental performance through tracking, reporting and feedback
• Create, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for assigned areas

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 1- year of leadership experience in high-volume workplaces

• Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of Direct to Customer (DTC ) process of Supply Chain Management
• Available to work overtime and flexible schedules
• Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed
• Focus on maintaining a safe working environment at all times
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

We prefer some of these qualities as well….

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field

• At least 2 years of leadership experience in high-volume workplaces
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Lean Six Sigma certification
• Bi-lingual
