Williams Distributing is a Michigan-based, wholesale distribution company with locations throughout Michigan, Ohio and Indiana. We’ve been in business since 1968 and have become a full-service Hearth and Garage Door distributor to dealers, builders, contractors, designers, and architects.

This Role

• Install marble surrounds and mantles as well as start-up and trouble shoot fireplaces according to Williams installation standards.
• Maintain working knowledge of all fireplaces, stove, and other products along with any manufacturer’s changes
• Maintain effective communication with sales staff (outside and inside) and field installers to ensure that installation is completed and meets quality standards.
• Follow all company Safety standards and procedures.
• Become part of an organization with a rich history and organizational stability.

We’d Like

• 1 years of experience with hand and power tools; training provided
• Must have experience with installing and serving fireplaces required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be comfortable with ladder and roof work
• Driver's license and insurable driving record
• Good organization skills and prioritizing of tasks
• Ability to exert up to 75lbs of force when moving heavy product

Schedule

• Typical work days are Monday-Friday
