Our organization is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to handle administrative duties and to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. As a member of our front desk team, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a willingness to learn and solve problems in a timely manner. A successful candidate should ideally be interested in working as part of a team and have a high level of attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors politely and direct them to the proper destination.
- Ask for visitors' identification and verify their identity with a photo ID card or log book.
- Answer and direct the telephone.
- Enter information into databases.
- Solve financial problems or issues for clients when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
