Wildpack is a rapidly growing and established co-packaging and co-manufacturer with multi-site facilities for both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. Wildpack produces and packages ready-to-drink beverages for a variety of brand owners in the retail CPG space.

Job Overview: 

Wildpack is seeking an experienced full-time Administrative Coordinator to provide multi-faceted support. We are looking for a confident, detail-oriented professional who excels at multitasking. This position will be responsible for cross-functional support across operations, finance and the coordinator team (think EA to a process not a person and you are picturing this role!). You will be cool under pressure, be excited by the multitude of tasks and be a relationship builder extraordinaire. The Inventory Control Coordinator will report directly to the Operational Accounting Manager. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support Coordinator team 

  • Organize process flows 

  • Calendar management to facilitate the customer cycle

  • Inventory duties including PO creation and purchasing when required

  • Research, communicate and resolve process flow and Coordinator team challenges 

  • Assist Sales Coordinator, Manufacturing Coordinator, and Inventory Control Coordinator as needed

  • Perform additional duties as directed by Operational Accounting Manager 

Your Qualifications: 

  • 3 years of administrative assistant or Executive Assistant experience is preferred 

  • Manufacturing experience preferred 

  • Understanding of the manufacturing cycle and inventory movements 

  • Detail orientated and proficient in processing routine transactions 

  • Strong use of Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, Outlook 

  • Possess effective verbal and written communication skills with customer service orientation 

  • Must be able to prioritize in a fast-paced, multi-task environment 

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate high levels of self-initiation and direction 

  • Must have the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, cooperate, and collaborate with multiple levels of employees, vendors, suppliers
