Position Summary:
A Senior Project Manager in the construction industry is a leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, execution, and successful completion of construction projects. This role involves coordinating various project aspects, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, quality control, and communication with stakeholders. The Senior Project Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Working Conditions: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Work will primarily be performed in an office environment.
An employee in this position spends some of their time in an office setting with a controlled climate where they sit and work on a computer for extended periods of time, communicate by telephone, email or in person, and move around the office or travel to other locations.
This position is also regularly required to perform site in all types of weather, including construction sites or industrial facilities. These may involve extensive walking over areas with uneven terrain, climbing to view property, exposure to inclement weather, moving mechanical parts, loud noise or machinery, chemicals or fumes and other hazards associated with these types of work environment. This position is required to have the mobility and stamina required to complete these types of site inspections.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for an entire shift/extended period. The employee occasionally is required to stand; and bend, climb, stoop, lift, carry, push, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move 15 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
