Job Description
Lyon Drug Store is a family-owned independent pharmacy with an excellent support staff seeking a Pharmacist who will embrace the opportunity to engage with patients and the local community.
We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing prescription medications, providing drug information, and offering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescription medications to patients and offer expertise in the safe use of prescriptions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding the sale of prescription and OTC drugs
- Advise patients on general health topics such as diet, exercise, and managing chronic conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans
- Oversee pharmacy technicians and support staff
