WideOrbit is Hiring a Growth Marketing Manager Near San Francisco, CA

Job Description:

As a Growth Marketing Manager at WideOrbit, your primary goal is to build, scale, and optimize acquisition (demand gen) programs that drive brand awareness and increase pipeline for our growing buy side advertising tech products and services.

In this position, you will identify / optimize new channel opportunities, drive strategy and development of compelling campaigns, project manage program development and execution, implement testing and optimization plans, and manage / generate reports and presentations of campaign success and learnings. You will be expected to establish productive, professional, and collaborative relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external vendors, to create memorable customer experiences and amplify WideOrbit brands.

Here is what success will look like:

  • Management and ongoing optimization of marketing automation programs for inbound and outbound lead generation through nurture drip campaigns, PPC, SEO, content, and video marketing
  • Development of demand gen / acquisition planning, implementation, and testing / optimization to make strategic paid and organic marketing efforts come to life and achieve measurable results
  • Ability to build new partnerships; present, follow-up, and close new advertising channel / platform proposals and assist with execution
  • Effective positioning of products/services that creates demand and accelerates existing opportunities, resulting in quality traffic and exceptional customer experiences
  • Marketing to Sales lead management (engage in projects to build / optimize) lead flow / management across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Ownership and optimization of lead and pipeline metrics, lead reporting / dashboarding, including development of reporting KPIs and pipeline assessment, with the ability to examine and provide actionable insights and follow-through on opportunities
  • Ability to gain deep product knowledge and expertise in partnership with Product Marketing, Sales, and Product to better understand our customers

To thrive in this role, we’re looking for:

  • BA or BS degree in Marketing or related field
  • 3 years of experience working in results-oriented, multi-channel B2B demand generation marketing environment
  • Success developing and executing demand generation and pipeline-building programs across a spectrum of strategies and channels (i.e. online advertising, email, content, video, and web marketing programs)
  • Proficiency in marketing automation software (ideally Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and/or Salesforce)
  • Experience / foundational change management experience to engage in marketing automation projects and optimization – with the ability to guide cross functional teams to develop and project manage strategic plans / initiatives and deliver results
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Professional, positive demeanor and team player
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create and lead presentations
  • Experience in advertising/media industry with media industry tools/platforms/applications is a plus
  • Google Ads and Analytics, Salesforce CRM / Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo certifications is a plus

This position will be based in our SAN FRANCISCO, CA or LYNWOOD, WA offices. Telecommute will be considered in Pacific or Mountain time zones.
