Wicked Clean is the premier exterior washing and cleaning company in the South Shore and Metro West, and is a growing company seeking a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service!

The Client Service Representative responds to our clients in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. This includes scheduling and managing appointments, as well as fielding inbound client/prospect inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Provides timely, courteous, and efficient customer service to all clients and prospects via phone, text and email;
• Works towards monthly sales goals;
• Schedules appointments appropriately based on company sales goals and workforce capacity;
• Keeps track of and adjusts appointments on the daily schedule as required;
• Coordinates outstanding invoice collection efforts;
• Collects and enters information for estimate requests;
• Acts as a liaison to help resolve client issues regarding complaints/property damage and other issues;
• Assists with implementing new services & marketing campaigns;
• Works with various applications, including client relationship management software;
• Other duties may be assigned as necessary

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Sound work experience in a customer service setting; Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills; strong computer skills; the ability to manage multiple tasks while working well under pressure; a valid driver’s license for traveling with a company vehicle.

This position starts at $20 per hour. Our work schedule is Mon. – Fri. with occasional Saturdays during peak season. In addition, new hires are eligible to enroll in medical and dental insurances after 90 days. One week of PTO is earned during the first year.
