We are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated addition to join our call team. Inside Sales Representatives simultaneously provide prospects and customers with information about a business’ products and services without sounding “robotic” or “rehearsed.” As such, top Inside Sales Representatives often possess a strong customer service background. One of the most important tasks of an Inside Sales Representative involves retrieving customer information and accurately entering it into a computer system. Inside Sales Representatives set up new customer accounts, access existing customer accounts, and manage sensitive customer data across one or more computer systems. They multitask frequently and in many instances update records in the system while conversing with customers. This is a sales position requiring experience in customer service and data entry, while working with potential customers. This role is not for everyone, however, if you are a self-starter, love learning, and you think you are up to the challenge, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities Include

  • Consistently perform a variety of dimensions including, exceeding call goals and meeting quality assurance requirements
  • Drive profit through both inbound and outbound calls by utilizing persuasive customer service techniques
  • Successfully completing our comprehensive training which includes product knowledge, salesmanship, and our software systems 
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by educating customers on the features and benefits of the product, responding to questions and overcoming objections, and accurately updating our contact management system

  • Customer service– Inside Sales Representatives ensure prospects and customers enjoy an outstanding experience any time they engage with a brand
  • Research experience– Inside Sales Representatives are research-oriented; they enjoy learning about prospects and customers and find innovative ways of engaging with them to drive sales
  • Persistence– Inside Sales Representatives frequently deal with difficult prospects and customers, but they must remain driven and positive even in the face of adversity to transform leads into sales
  • Communication skills– Inside Sales Representatives are personable communicators who clearly and persuasively describe products and services to customers to encourage sales transactions
  • Typing– on average, Inside Sales Representatives must be able to type at least 45 words per minute and perform various data entry tasks
  • Collaboration– regular meetings with an Inside Sales Manager are common, and Inbound Sales Representatives collaborate with managers to evaluate KPIs and explore ways to generate sales growth

Requirements

  • Mastery knowledge of sales principles, practices, tactics and tools, and developing value proposition with clients. 
  • At least 1 year experience in B2B sales
  •  Typing above 45 WPM
  • Gmail proficiency
  • Passionate about growing the business and your portfolio.
