We are looking for Warehouse Team Members to join our bike operations team. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for performing all tasks associated with warehouse management programs, including but not limited to inventory tracking, asset management, warehouse maintenance, and cleaning. The ideal candidate would have previous warehouse experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make in-the-moment decisions to meet and exceed team KPIs.

Requirements

• Warehouse or inventory management experience preferred
• Experience with hand, air, and power tools preferred

• The ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.
• The ability to use technology provided by the company.
• A willingness to work in all weather conditions outside, year-round.
• The ability to perform assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Has reliable access to transportation to and from work.
• The ability to lift 75 lbs.
• The ability to bend, stoop, and stand for long periods.

Due to the nature of the work performed by the company, team members may be assigned to perform duties outside their assigned responsibilities.
