The Order Entry Supervisor functions in an integral role in the customer service department and is responsible for building and maintaining a positive and proactive relationship with our customers, sales team, and all internal and external departments. This role is responsible for overseeing a department of 3-4 individuals, whose primary focus is order entry and processing across multiple cost centers.
Requirements
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Excel skills, specifically vlookups and pivot tables
- Ability to set team priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Manage cross-functional relationships
- Problem solving
This role is designed to be collaborative. Being able to work in a team environment daily is a must. Successful candidate should be a critical thinker, have team building skills, excellent communication skills as well as Microsoft Office skills. Knowledge of EDI is a plus.
