WhiteWater Express Car Wash is a leadership-based company that just happens to wash cars. We are growing and expanding rapidly, expecting to have over 100 locations by the end of 2022, throughout Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Ohio, Kentucky, and Michigan.

Because of our ongoing company growth, we’re looking for Shift Leaders to join our team!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide an outstanding and pleasant experience to our guests
• Welcome and safely guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel
• Uphold the company image of cleanliness and neatness
• Educating and assisting customers with purchasing car washes, memberships, and wash books
• Builds a culture where every member works together to achieve the same goal
• Working with every Team Leader to ensure they are developed and set-up for success
• Follow company processes and procedures

Requirements

• 3 plus years of customer service experience
• Be a team player
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to stand for long periods
• Stay active by working outdoors in changing temperatures and weather conditions
• Must know how to take initiative- Self-Starter
• Strong sense of ethics and integrity
• No car washing experience necessary
