WhiteWater Express Car Wash is a leadership-based company that just happens to wash cars. We are growing and expanding rapidly, with 68 locations in Texas, Oklahoma, Ohio, Kentucky, and Michigan.

Because of our ongoing company growth, we’re looking for a HR Administrative Assistant to join our Corporate office team in Tomball, TX!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative duties, such as maintain employee database and sorting emails 
  • Review, file, process, and upload HR documents
  • Oversee company onboarding process from start to finish
  • Providing new hires with manuals, guidelines, and passwords, as needed
  • Process employee inquiries and respond in a timely manner
  • Answer employee’s questions and provide requested information
  • Other assigned duties

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in HR, as an administrative assistant, or in a relevant field
  • Strong customer service skills – this includes written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills- able to communicate effectively and work with external and internal clients
  • Computer literacy
  • Detail-oriented
  • Highly organized individual
  • Must know how to take initiative- Self-starter
  • Project management
  • Able to multi-task and resolve multiple inquiries in order of priority
  • Capable of recognizing the need for improvement/change- able to orchestrate necessary changes when required
  • Seeking a highly professional candidate with strong business ethics and integrity
  • Must complete a pre-hire background check and driving history review
  • Occasional company traveling
