WhiteWater Express Car Wash is a leadership-based company that just happens to wash cars. We’re growing and expanding rapidly, with 75 locations in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Michigan, Ohio, and Kentucky and will be at over 100 stores by the end of 2022.

We’re currently seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support the ongoing growth of the Company.

Job Summary

The Corporate Recruiter will support the hiring needs of the various departments that support our field operations, including: Accounting, Facilities, Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, Real Estate & Construction and Office Administration. The Corporate Recruiter will work with each department to proactively prepare for hiring needs as our company grows and our needs change.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with department heads on hiring needs, both immediate and long-term
  • Create and manage job postings for open positions
  • Work with outside recruiting firms for roles which require additional expertise
  • Advise hiring managers on recruiting best practices
  • Develop content and ads for WhiteWater’s website and social media
  • Monitor data from our online recruiting platform and external hiring sources
  • Work with operations (store-level) recruiting team to further develop hiring and retention skills

Requirements

  • Staffing experience across multiple verticals, particularly with salaried positions
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
  • Experience dealing with professionals, managers and/or executives beyond providing clerical support
  • Knowledge of Human Resources policies
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices, particularly in the Retail industry
  • Basic understanding of employment law
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to use online recruiting platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner to key stakeholders
  • Attention to detail with superior organizational skills, passion for driving change, and a keen curiosity
  • Strong communication skills to read, listen, understand, and communicate information and ideas in a clear and understandable manner, both orally and in writing
