White Sands Hospitality is Hiring a Chef Near Apalachicola, FL

We're seeking an experienced and creative Chef to lead our team of talented chefs. The Chef will be responsible for heading up all culinary operations, including food prep and customer service, and is expected to implement plans conducive to a healthy and efficient employee morale. The successful candidate will play a key role in the daily management of the restaurant, possess excellent decision-making skills, and be able to coordinate effectively with staff.

The company has several restaurants in the forgotten coast area. There are also several more locations in the works.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with customers to discuss the menu and customize the order according to customer preferences.
  • Hire and train kitchen staff.
  • Prepare food according to recipes; check that it is cooked and stored properly.
  • Be knowledgeable about health, safety, and sanitation requirements.
  • Deliver food to customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,308.00 - $50,328.00 per year
