What are the responsibilities and job description for the Activities Assistant position at White Mountain Regional Medical Center?
The Activities Assistant is a full-time position responsible for providing quality activities for patients in an environment that promotes their rights, dignity, freedom of choice and individuality and for the delivery of direct patient care utilizing the established standards of care and standards of practice for the patient population it serves. Under the supervision of the Swing Bed Program Manager. The Activities Assistant exercises judgement in applying professional knowledge required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified responsibilities in the delivery of quality patient care and the planning of activities. This position is safety sensitive and subject to WMRMC Drug & Alcohol Policy.
This position will be scheduled to work Monday - Friday; 08:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
1 - Full-Time - with benefits.
General knowledge of healthcare field
Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
