Our work environment includes:
Position: Client Operations Specialist
High school education and preferrably minimum of 2 years of college
This position is primarily processing paperwork for our financial services firm. Training will include all aspects of processing paperwork.
This includes:
-Data entry into CRM
-Input client financial information in financial planning software
-Upload service work forms to portal
-Tracking paperwork submitted to compliance and communicate with clients on the status of their paperwork
-Complete client applications and suitability forms
-Track paperwork completion and follow up with clients
-Follow and develop processes that increase ease of work-flow
-Greeting clients and answering phones as needed
-Handle phones and office management when owners are away
Skills:
Detail oriented and highly organized
Likes to work with numbers and has extensive computer knowledge and experience with Word, Excel, data management, etc.
Personality attributes:
Candidate should have a positive outlook, as well as being a team player that enjoys a challenge in a highly professional field
