Job Summary:
The Process Engineer needs to be a creative, energetic, self-motivated, self-starter with the desire to champion Continuous Improvement for all of WDW! manufacturing processes. Provide efficient solutions to the development of processes and products. They can work on all stages of product and process development, from research and development to design and manufacture, through to installation/implementation.

Manufacturing Process Engineering – Develops, designs, and implements machinery that allows for the most efficient and productive manufacturing processes of our products. The process engineer is responsible for identifying and correcting opportunities to make the company manufacture at a high level. Responsibilities may include:
Manufacturability – The Process Engineer is responsible for recommending and implementing solutions to create products designed for manufacturing. The Process Engineer is in a face paced changing environment and is responsible to balance quality, productivity, and manufacturability. Responsibilities may include:
Project Management - End-to-end project management responsibility from defining customer requirements thru to a successful hand-off to the operations team. Responsibilities may include:
