Job Summary:

ERP Project Manager develops, plans, and implements the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Determines scope of the project. Being an ERP Project Manager sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors progress for the ERP system. Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Production

• The TeamMate will lead the monthly ERP Core Team Meetings
• The TeamMate will lead the monthly IQMS Ticket Requests
• Must be available to work with Core Team Members on short notice with priority scheduling
• Responsible for WebApps and using them to extend the functionality of IQMS
• Responsible for Power Automate and its use to run Macronator for various automated tasks
• Responsible for Harmonator integration with IQMS

General Conduct:

• Maintains respectful working relationship with TeamMates to promote teamwork and a positive work environment.
• Maintains excellent attendance as defined in the company’s Attendance Policy.
• Supports and complies with all company policies and procedures.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Oracle SQL
• Microsoft SQL
• MySQL

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science with a minimum of 5 years work experience leading ERP
• PHP/HTML knowledge is a plus
• Python knowledge is a plus
• Java Script/JQuery knowledge is a plus
• FTP/Batch Programming knowledge is a plus
• Crystal Reports knowledge is a plus
• Power Automate knowledge is a plus
• ERP API calls knowledge is a plus
