Whip Media is hiring a Technical Business Analyst based out of Los Angeles to provide support to the Customer Success Professional Services team during project delivery. You will gain in-depth knowledge of Whip Media products and Client business processes to aid in the successful implementation of our solutions. This is an exciting opportunity where you'll collaborate with project team members and key stakeholders at all levels within Whip and Clients during the course of the project. What You Will Do:

• Gain in-depth proficiency in Whip Media product features to support implementation/integration project rollouts and provide support after go-live
• Develop an in-depth understanding of Client’s business processes and operations
• Analyze functional requirements and log user stories via JIRA tickets
• Analyze and document business processes (as-is and to-be), and related data flows
• Create and manage Test Plans
• Perform data analysis and end-to-end testing including regression testing
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients
• Troubleshoot issues reported during UAT/go-live; Document bugs via JIRA tickets
• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner and see them through to closure 
• Create user guides, training materials and conduct end-user training (with PM)
• Document release notes for quarterly releases
• Follow software development lifecycle processes for projects rollouts
• Work closely with Project Manager for successful delivery of solutions
• Collaborate with Engineering and Solution Architects to manage the user story lifecycle

What You Will Bring:

• 6-7 years of software implementation and integration experience
• Strong business requirements and data analysis skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Critical thinking and problem solving expertise
• Proficiency with end-to-end system testing including regression testing
• Proficiency in writing Test Plans, creating User Guides and Release Notes
• Proficiency in organizing and articulating requirements as scenario-based narratives, user stories and/or use cases
• Proficiency in writing and managing tickets between Clients and internal Engineering teams
• Familiarity with creating process flow and data flow diagrams
• Familiarity with troubleshooting solutions with complex technical data integrations
• Familiarity with triaging Client UAT issues
• Experience with conducting end-user training a plus
• Experience with SaaS project implementations a plus
• Basic understanding of data warehouse concepts a plus
• IT or IS Degree or Certification preferred
• Product company background preferred
