WheelRenew, Inc. is a full-service mobile wheel repair company serving the northeast. The technicians in the company repair and paint vehicle wheels for auto dealerships and some retail customers. The company employs drivers and paint technicians to facilitate the business. The VP of Sales Operations needs a right-hand person to facilitate the day-to-day items necessary to keep the people in the field going with the least disruption. The Dispatch Coordinator will need to be prompt at the beginning of the each day and throughout to ensure that employees are off to assignments and that the materials, equipment, and vehicles needed for operation at the various locations are being maintained and are in working condition. The applicant must have excellent rapport with employees, carry out the company directives and manage day to day items. The candidate must be articulate, able to write well and most of all, must be a problem solver.

The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and to work with the VP of Sales as a team. Must possess an excellent work ethic and customer service skills. Must be able to handle computer software, phone apps and other communication software.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day needs of the WheelRenew team.
• Maintain records and provide records of progress daily.
• Manage the scheduling of drivers and paint technicians.
• Ensure that the operation does not get to sticking points and if those occur, to act to solve the problem.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
