Office Assistant Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answer phones and take messages
• Respond to emails
• Manage mail correspondence
• Greet clients and visitors
• Help maintain office calendar
• Assist with invoicing and accounts payable
• Perform data entry and filing tasks
• Manage inventory of office supplies
• Perform other clerical tasks as needed
• Assist with product demonstration and sales
• Assist with ordering parts and merchandise ordering
Office Assistant Receptionist Requirements and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Administrative or clerical experience preferred
• Experience with Quickbooks software a plus
• Computer proficiency
• Organizational and time management skills
• Basic math skills
• Calm, friendly and professional appearance
Pay will be determined by experience
