Objective/Purpose

The accounts receivable specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely recording of customer payments and resolution of discrepancies. The position will also respond to customer emails and queries regarding account activity.

Role and Responsibilities

· Apply customer receipts received via email, mail, or download promptly and accurately.

· Respond to customer emails concerning questions on their account.

· Responsible for mailing weekly and monthly customer statements.

· Assist with setting up new customers.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus

· Proficient in MS Office

· Experience with bookkeeping software or database

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
