Job Title: Marketing Project Manager

Reporting to: SVP - Marketing Operations

The Role: 

The ideal candidate is accountable, organized, deadline-driven, and a proactive creative thinker who will help take our work to the next level. Reporting to our SVP of Marketing Operations, the Project Manager will be the organizational lead for programs and existing partnerships within the Marketing Group. This person will help facilitate decks for marketing initiatives, and take the lead on managing workflows on marketing projects.

Responsibilities: 

  • Support the Marketing team in project processes and workflows that streamline initiatives, and empower Cross Functional teams.
  • Contribute to the execution of high-quality marketing programs at scale with a sense of urgency.
  • Asset management and trafficking to and from partners.
  • Distribute assets to the creative team for content creation 
  • Own content feedback and approvals process 
  • Support activation of programs and partnerships for Whalar Marketing, through the creation of decks and creative materials for internal and external teams
  • Create partnership and activation recaps and reports for internal awareness
  • Expertise in the digital landscape with a keen understanding of the latest trends and initiatives of major digital and social platforms
  • Oversight of additional projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in project management and marketing, advertising, or influencer space.
  • Highly organized with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in Google Suite, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience working with decks
  • Ability to provide clear communication about next steps for all in progress, pending, and complete items.
  • Experience with major social channels
  • Attention to detail is an absolute must (will be working on content that is getting published to social handles with large followings)
