Job Title: Client Services Manager (Social Media Campaign Management)

Responsibilities

As with any growing business, roles and responsibilities will evolve and here’s a rundown of expectations as they stand today:

  • Project manage, organize and direct the day-to-day execution of always-on and ad hoc creator marketing campaigns across all key social and content platforms.
  • Oversee the development of campaign materials and management of creator relationships from negotiations & contracting to content review, posting and reporting. 
  • Serve as main client point of contact during the execution phase of campaigns
  • Establish campaign workback plans and ensure deliverables and timelines are met
  • Deliver flawless campaigns and exemplary client service
  • Develop creator relationships and deepen partnerships with talent
  • Manage and develop one to two Campaign Executives

Experience

  • Have 4-5 years’ agency or brand experience, including team management
  • Have experience working with various consumer brands/verticals including fashion, beauty, lifestyle, tech and more 
  • Have strong detail-oriented communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Have a solid understanding of the social media advertising ecosystem and an insatiable appetite for learning about industry innovations
  • Appreciate and understand the value of creativity
  • Thrive in an environment where collaboration, flexibility and scrappiness are valued more than job titles, rigid structure and legacy ways of working
  • Be a curious self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive, can do attitude
